Thanks to our meticulous selection process, we manage to produce in compliance with the principles of food safety raising more and more the quality standards required by our customers.
We guarantee our customers operating with large-scale retails the integrated production and the Global Gap standard with the Grasp module; the global standard ensures the compliance with good agricultural practices in our production process. We have moreover implemented in our internal control system the measures of safety, hygiene and health dictated by the anticovid-19 regulations.
Terre di Federico also complies with the provisions of the of the HACCP system (D.Lgs n° 155/97) to guarantee food quality and occupational safety (RAD D.Lgs n° 81/08) adapted to the rules imposed by the Emergency Covid-19.
